Marketplace role

ShopVerse connects independent sellers with buyers. Sellers are responsible for product listings, pricing, fulfilment, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Buyer responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery and contact information at checkout.
• Pay for orders using the selected payment method.
• Review seller policies before purchase.

Seller responsibilities

• List only lawful, accurate products.
• Ship orders on time and respond to buyer messages.
• Comply with platform commission and withdrawal rules.

Prohibited conduct

Fraud, harassment, counterfeit goods, and attempts to bypass platform payments are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
